of JVR700 Membership

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and JVR700 ("we", "us", "our").

By registering with JVR700, purchasing a plan, or accessing our website or mobile application, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not register or use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To join JVR700, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Residency: You must hold a valid Indian mobile number.
• Payment: You must have access to a valid UPI ID to receive withdrawals.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• One account: You may hold only one JVR700 account per person.

The JVR700 Membership & Product

JVR700 offers membership plans centred on the EnviroChip product, with the following structure:

• Product: Each plan purchase includes one EnviroChip, an EMF harmonizer chip for mobile phones.
• Plans: Multiple plans are available, each with its own price, direct-referral bonus, circle-income rate, and recharge allowance.
• Dynamic rates: JVR700 may change plan prices and commission rates at any time. Changes apply only to future purchases — commissions already credited to your wallet are never adjusted retroactively.
• Two wallets: A cash wallet (withdrawable to UPI) and a recharge wallet (usable for mobile recharge), both credited automatically per the rules of the plan in effect at the time of each purchase.
• No guaranteed income: Earnings depend on genuine product purchases by people in your network. JVR700 does not promise, guarantee, or represent any minimum or fixed income to any member.

JVR700 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan with reasonable notice. Wallet balances already earned are not affected by such changes.

Registration & Account

To register with JVR700, you must:

• Create an account using your mobile number and complete OTP verification.
• Provide accurate and complete personal details.
• Provide a valid UPI ID before submitting any withdrawal request.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any pending wallet balance obtained through the false information.

Wallets, Commissions & Payouts

By joining JVR700, you agree to the following regarding your wallets and earnings:

• Direct-referral bonus: Credited to your cash and recharge wallets when a person you directly referred completes a paid plan purchase, at the rate defined by your own plan at that time.
• Circle income: Credited to your cash wallet on purchases made anywhere in your wider network (levels 2 and beyond, up to your plan's level cap), at the rate defined by your own plan at that time.
• Withdrawals: Submitted from your cash wallet to a UPI ID you provide. The amount is held from your wallet once a request is submitted, and refunded automatically if the request is rejected.
• Recharge requests: Submitted from your recharge wallet, subject to the monthly limit and eligible numbers defined by your current plan.
• Wallet balances: May only be withdrawn to UPI or used for recharge — they cannot be exchanged for anything else.

Plan Upgrades

You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time, subject to the following:

• An upgrade is treated as a new purchase at the new plan's price, paid through the payment method enabled by JVR700 at that time.
• An upgrade credits your upline's direct-referral bonus and circle income exactly like an initial join.
• Your new plan's rates apply to all future purchases in your network from the moment your upgrade is confirmed.
• Downgrades to a lower plan are not supported.

Product, Fees & Refunds

The following terms apply to your EnviroChip and plan payment:

• Price: The plan price shown at the time of purchase is final and inclusive of the product.
• Payment methods: Plan purchases are paid via the payment method enabled by JVR700 at the time — offline QR transfer confirmed by admin, or Razorpay.
• Product defects: If your EnviroChip arrives damaged or defective, contact support within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.
• Refunds: Once a purchase has triggered commission payouts to your upline, the purchase amount is non-refundable, other than for a confirmed product defect as above.
• No hidden charges: The plan price shown before you confirm payment is the total amount payable — no additional charges are added.

Account Suspension & Termination

JVR700 may suspend or terminate your account, and withhold any pending wallet balance, if you:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or in a withdrawal or recharge request.
• Create or control multiple accounts in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to manipulate the referral or commission system, including fake or self-referrals.
• Use JVR700 for any unlawful purpose, or misrepresent JVR700's plan as guaranteeing income.

Upon suspension for the above reasons, JVR700 may:

• Withhold any wallet balance obtained through the violation, pending investigation.
• Permanently close the account after investigation confirms a violation.
• Report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

Fees & Charges

The following is a complete summary of charges under JVR700. All amounts are disclosed before you confirm any payment:

• Plan price: Shown clearly before purchase or upgrade, based on the plan you select.
• Payment gateway charges, if any: Passed through transparently at checkout, where applicable.
• Withdrawal charges: JVR700 does not charge a fee for processing withdrawal requests.
• No hidden charges: No membership renewal fees, no annual fees, no charges beyond the plan price you agreed to.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• JVR700's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your membership shall not exceed the total amount you have actually paid to JVR700.
• JVR700 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of anticipated earnings or business opportunity.
• JVR700 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by Force Majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemic, war, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• JVR700 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or app. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including applicable direct-selling regulations.

• Grievance Redressal: For any complaint or grievance, first contact our support team at support@jvr700.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
• Jurisdiction: Subject to the above, any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India.
• Arbitration: For disputes above ₹5,000, either party may elect to resolve the matter through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.
