• UPI ID for withdrawal payouts
• Wallet transaction history — credits, debits, and balances
• Order and payment records for plan purchases

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• IP address and approximate location
• App usage logs and push-notification tokens
• Pages visited on our website

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To create and manage your account, verify your identity via OTP, and authenticate your login.
• Commission Processing: To calculate and credit direct-referral and circle-income commissions to your wallets.
• Payments: To process plan purchases via our payment gateway, and to send withdrawal payouts to your UPI ID.
• Recharge Fulfilment: To process your recharge wallet requests to the mobile number you provide.
• Customer Support: To respond to queries and resolve issues with your wallet, referrals, or orders.
• Tax Compliance: To meet applicable Indian tax reporting obligations on commission income, where your PAN has been provided.
• Service Improvement: To analyse usage patterns and improve the app — using anonymised and aggregated data only.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment Gateway: Order and payment details are shared with our payment processor (Razorpay) solely to complete your plan purchase.
• Notifications: Your device token is shared with our push-notification provider to deliver in-app and push alerts.
• Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose your information to tax, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities as required by applicable Indian law.
• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers for cloud hosting and SMS delivery. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of JVR700, your data may be transferred to the successor entity. You will be notified of any such change.

Data Security

We take the security of your personal data seriously. Our safeguards include:

Data Retention

• Active Accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your active membership with JVR700.
• Wallet & Transaction Records: Retained for as long as required by applicable Indian accounting and tax laws, even after account closure.
• Deleted Accounts: Where you request deletion and have no pending wallet balance, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, retaining only records required by law.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website and app use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Remember your language preference (English / Tamil)
